During off-ice training, we focus on the most important elements that a goalkeeper needs for his job.
During training on the ice, we make maximum use of working with video so that the goalkeepers have immediate feedback. Every day, goalkeepers have approx. A 30-minute lecture with a video to see their work and eliminate deficiencies or improve their skills.
We show our bracks the way to success. We teach how to become humble and respect hockey as a whole. We always try to explain to our goalkeepers that they should not forget to be good people on their way to success. We focus on food at our events. We pass on our own practical experience so that they are prepared for their journey to success.
